Action games: good for your balls
If you’re sick of everyone saying that games are bad for you, then there is finally good news. A group of New York researchers have found that playing action games can improve your CSF (contrast sensitivity function) and improve your ability to detect subtle grayscale differences.
While this same group of researchers proved that peripheral vision and visual acuity were improved while playing games, they also found that CSF levels improved more when playing games like Call Of Duty or Unreal Tournament as opposed to The Sims. The results last for months after playing games and also significant is the fact that there has been no known way to improve your CSF without glasses or surgery before now.
So go get Granny and plug her into the latest shooter… she’ll thank you for it!
