Apple Bans "Hot Dog Down A Hallway"

Apple has banned yet another App from being sold in its store. This time a game is at the center of the controversy.

Metaversal Studio’s Hot Dog Down a Hallway has players launch a hot dog down a corridor lined with various hazards. You earn “achievements” described using suggestive slang terms.  Ya, it’s chalk full of sexual innuendos.

Apple does make it clear it reserves the right to reject “content or materials that in Apple’s reasonable judgment may be found objectionable by . . . users.” But here is where it gets interesting, The company’s old edition of the game filled with much of the same content is still available for sale. Only the new version has been banned. Strange.
