Have you seen Avatar in 3D yet? Well how about 4D? No, we’re not joking, it really does exists. A company in Korea has been offering 4D movies for about a year now, and with the recent runaway success of Avatar, it decided to release the movie in 4D.

So what does 4D mean? The company is attempting to engage all five senses. We’re talking moving seats, wind, water sprinklers, lasers, and synthetic smells. All are timed to take the movie into the “4th” dimension. Okay so it’s not really a new dimension but it does sound pretty cool.

The company is already looking at building more 4D theatres, unfortunately all are in Korea.
