Capcom confirms release date for Bionic Commando

We now know when Capcom will unleash its latest version of Bionic Commando on the world. The company announced this morning the highly anticipated title will be on store shelves May 19, 2009 for both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

Hard to believe the original was released 20 years ago on the NES! If you want to go down memory lane and refresh your memory you can download an updated version of the classic on Xbox live, PS3 and the PC.

Capcom also announced a PC version of Bionic Commando will ship shortly after the console release.

We sure hope this title lives up to the hype!
