How To Convert an AC Outlet into a USB Outlet

Is it really needed? No. Is it cool? Yes, yes it is! Instructables has just posted a “How to” article enabling you to convert a standard wall outlet into a USB outlet in less than 30 minutes. The process involved ripping apart a pair of mini USB chargers, taking the guts and placing them in your wall. It doesn’t look all that hard, if you know how to solder, and have $10 to spare it might be a nice weekend project. Just please…turn off the power before you attempt anything.
