• Palm Pre Syncs With iTunes

pre_itunesFortune Magazine discovered an interesting little tidbit. It appears the soon to be released Palm Pre syncs seamlessly with Apple’s iTunes. In fact reports surfacing on the web by those who got their hands on the device a tad bit early, say iTunes treats the Palm Pre just as it would an iPhone or iPod.  How sweet is that?

There is one limitation. The Pre can not play back old copy-protected songs.

Makes you wonder if Apple will send down an update to stop this seamless syncing from continuing?

I’ve had my Pre considering that shortly after release and am glad to get (by way of this forum) that I can now set a ring tone on incoming text messages and can seek through e-mails and such. Now is there any hope for an upcoming launch by which I can lookup my calendar? Would make my job much less difficult, finding dates of final appointments. No other complaints, except that yesterday I had been in and out of Sprint support (not unusual). I believe I had been roaming, and looked at my calendar. Everything within the calendar was a single hour earlier than what I had input. The clock was one particular hour early as well. I used to be scared to death–then, when we got back into Sprint service once more, every thing was normalized. Has this happened to any person else?? Shopping forward to answers, but please keep in mind, I’m no techie and speak English in lieu of technospeak.
