close-out priced junk now, failed due to poor construction, high price, and lack of usefulness.. Just like the cheap 2 year (if lucky) radio’s which they sell, most have connection problems at the base antenna or audio out port of the base – warranty covered is a joke!

My XM Dock also broke at the swivel point after just three months. So it is out of warranty. I got another one, but that too broke at the exact same place. I agree with Jim that the idea is neat but the hardware is of low quality. I think it’s possible to fix it by drilling a hole in the base of the swivel, putting a metallic bolt through it. The design should have had a metallic bearing at that weak point to begin with.

Great idea. Worked great for two months. The plastic broke at the swivel point to the iPhone/iPod holder.

Sirius/XM would not honor the 90 Warranty that came in the box. They said it was 30 days! I think they should replace it.

I cancelled my service.

While the idea is great, the hardware itself is JUNK!

Don’t get one!

I have the Xpress RC and just got a new car. I was debating about installing the RC in the new car and thought about getting this. I am thinking the worst part would be the lack of a pause button.
