Samsung Debuts Transparent AMOLED Display

Samsung has been hard at work behind closed doors toiling away on a pretty impressive project, a transparent 19 inch AMOLED display. Back in January Samsung showed of a 13 inch version at CES, now months later it has bumped up the 30% transparency display by a full 6 inches.

Samsung isn’t thinking home theater with this display. Instead picture transparent GPS units which can mount on your windshield, displays on your helmet visor, or even storefront advertising. The possibilities are endless.

Of course no price or availability has been announced yet.
