Sony has unveiled a whole new lineup of Vaio notebooks at CES, but the one getting the most attention seems to be the W Series, also known as the Eco-Friendly Mini Notebook.

The W Vaio has a chasis made completely of recycled plastic. To save on paper the company decided not to include a user manual, and it will not come in a box. The notebook will instead be sold in a carrying case, also made from recycled material.

Other features a Intel® Atom™ processor N450 (1.66GHz), 250GB hard drive, 1GB DDR2 SDRAM, a 10.1 inch 16:9 aspect ratio  widescreen display with LED backlight, a keyboard with isolated keys and Windows 7 operating system.

The W series is available now and retails for $449.99 USD / $549 CDN
