Virgin Mobile Canada must have felt left out, so now it’s bragging about what everyone else has been bragging about since last year. Finally the company is acknowledging it is part of one of Canada’s largest HSPA+ networks.

No Virgin doesn’t own the network, instead the company piggybacks on Bell’s network. Still, that means Virgin can boast the same download speeds of up to 21.6 megabits per second and upload speeds up to 5.76.

To celebrate the company is also launching a number of new handsets including the iPhone 3G and 3Gs and the Blackberry 9700.
