Jorge Colombo makes art...on his iPhone

They look like paintings you would find in any modern home. So what makes them unique? They were all drawn on a cell phone. An iPhone to be exact.

Portuguese-born artist, Jorge Colombo uses a program called Brushes and draws each detailed sketch using  his fingers on his iPhone. And get this, the App itself is only $4.99. Not a bad way to turn your iPhone into a modern day Etch-A-Sketch!

Columbo is no stranger to the media. He has been published in a variety of major publications from the NY Times to the Wall Street Journal to Forbes Magazine.

We’re going to make a wild guess creating images like this is probably not as easy as Columbo makes it look.

    1. That is amazing.
Technology is at it’s best when it is able to expand opportunity for people who aren’t necessarily tapped into that specific branch.

This guy is doing what Monet did when watercolours came along.

      Awesome!
